With Charleston baseball's opening pitch only a few days away, I was given a last minute assignment to create a season opener "hype" video to release this Friday for your viewing pleasure.

Last minute assignments can be stressful, with high expectations and little time to pump out a perfect product. However, I have learned that sometimes the best work comes when under pressure.

So after putting my head down and getting to work for a few days, my neck is sore but the 2016 Charleston Baseball Hype Video is finished! (The final product is pretty good, if I do say so myself.) I decided to incorporate a lot of older highlights footage in order to create a story of success surrounding the history of Charleston Baseball. I chose this route seeing as much of my social media research this semester has revealed that fans tend to engage more with nostaligic content.
